Health Promotion Partners is owned and operated by Dr. Terri Cassidy.  Terri is an occupational therapist and Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist whose practice focuses on direct patient care as well as education to medical professionals on topics of driver safety.  She completed her graduate work at Colorado State University and received her clinical doctorate in occupational therapy with an emphasis on gerontology from the University of Utah. She is the past president of the Colorado ADED chapter and is a CarFit Instructor. She is the current Colorado representative to AOTA's representative assembly and co-facilitates a Fitness to Drive Community of Practice through the AOTA Special Interest Sections. She has been a guest lecturer at academic programs and has presented regional and national lectures and workshops to occupational therapists, physicians, and the public on older driver safety.

Kathryn Seibert is an occupational therapist with over 25 years of experience.  During her career she has treated patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, orthopedic clinics and home health care.  She was a Certified Hand Therapist for 10 years and is in the process of becoming an Aging In Place Specialist as well as a Certified Driver Rehab Specialist.  Additionally, Kathryn has provided numerous in-services and lectures to rehabilitation professionals and students on a variety of healthcare topics including: Dementia, Upper Extremity Nerve Entrapment, Sports Injuries in the Upper Extremity, and Current Trends in Stroke Rehabilitation.  Kathryn has extensive experience in adaptive equipment recommendations and home modifications, and is passionate about improving quality of life for her patients.
